Answer: Our standard office hours are 8-5 Pacific Time. We are often available earlier or later as well - but no guarantees are made. Since we work with customers and clients worldwide, we will find a way to make it easy to talk. You can always send an email, and you will receive a quick response.
Answer: We use a number of online applications with our clients, and the specific tools used vary based on the degree of cooperative work. As a standard, we employ GoToMeeting for online sharing of computer screens and investigation of software issues. We also use it for conferencing, as most conferences are about software, systems or documents. For project management and issue tracking we use OnTime, which is a great collaboration software that uses SCRUM notions. We also use TeamWorks for document exchange and updates - it also has task management functions. We use Skype a good deal to minimise telco expenses.
Answer: We would be happy to schedule a time to talk that will be agreeable to your local time zone. The best means to schedule will be to send an email (contact us page). If you call us after office hours you may also leave a voice message with your number, an email address and a suggested time.
Answer: Absolutely! We find GoToMeeting is the best way to resolve software issues remotely. GoToMeeting allows us to not only view the presenters screen, but to change the presenter and hand over control of the mouse and keyboard to another party. It makes it easy to us to see, and investigate, what is going on at your site. We can host a meeting once we agree with you on a time. Please allow for cross date line differences when attempting to schedule a Monday or Friday meeting.
Answer: Just send us an email or call. A GoToMeeting conference can be send to a number of participants, each with their own computer, and they can be just about anywhere. We will need some time to schedule and set up a demonstration, especially if it is for a larger group.
